Delicious Ambiguity

A New Year's gift for you...some of Nancy's favorite quotes to inspire you...and maybe make you laugh... for 2011:

"People will not always remember what you said. People will not always remember what you did. But people will always remember how you made them feel".

"Now I've learned, the hard way, that some poems don't rhyme, and some stories don't have a clear beginning, middle and end. Life is about not knowing, having to change, taking the moment and making the best of it without knowing what's going to happen next. Delicious ambiguity."
- Gilda Radner

"Never go to a doctor whose office plants have died."
                  ~Erma Bombeck

"Stop telling God how big your storm is. Instead tell your storm how big your God is!"

"I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult."  ~ E.B. White

" It wasn't enough to just want to see Uncle Henry and Auntie Em - and it's that - if I ever go looking for my heart's desire again, I won't look any further than my own back yard. Because if it isn't there, I never really lost it to begin with! Is that right?"  ~Dorothy

As Grammie Smith used to say...."you can love a rich man as well as a poor one"!!! I think she was trying to tell us to go for the rich ones!!!

Mine is
" It is never too late to be what you might have been"
This is also featured as soon as you click onto Debbie-Dabble. I found this on a plaque not long after my cancer bout and it has been a motto for me to live by ever since...

Hugs,
Debbie
