Keeping with the theme of Spring decorating, I found this adorable garden bunny at Home Goods. It's probably meant for outdoor use but I have decided to use it inside our home, filled with Spanish moss and some little Pottery Barn blue eggs.
I spotted these adorable little lambs yesterday on my way home from school...a package of three for $2.99 at the Christmas Tree Shoppe. They were too cute to pass up and just the right size to place in a dollhouse garden, in a small trayscape, or on some moss under a cloche.(I'm already thinking about what I'm going to make for Marty's Spring Cloche Party at A Stroll Through Life on March 11th!)
Are these little guys cute or what?
Speaking of the Cloche Party, I could sure use some advice from you blog photographers out there on photographing objects through glass. I started practicing and this is what keeps happening...the reflection from the glass distorts the image of the objects beneath it. If you've figured out a trick for this kind of photography, I hope you'll share it!
Wishing everyone a happy rest-of-the-weekend. I'm off to read your blogs now and see what amazing vintage finds, crafts and decorating ideas you've all come up with today.

Oh, my goodness... yellow ware. Never heard of it, but I have seen it. I just didn't know what it was called. Great posting!

Dear Cheryl,
What a lovely bowl. I do recall my mom having a set of these. Sure wish I had kept a lot of her stuff back in the day!
I swear those days were the best days of all!
Hope you are fine..

Super sweet finds! That bowl is a true treasure! Your Salvation Army needs to call my Salvation Army and tell them to LOWER their prices. Ours has a new "collectibles" section and the prices are CRAZY high. It takes the fun out of shopping there! Glad I found you today via Laurie's linky! -diane

I love your yellow ware bowl and your nest too. Very nice spring decor all of it. I can't wait to break out my seashells! Thanks for linking up!

What a steal on the yellow ware bowl! I would have grabbed that up in a second, at that price. And your lambs are adorable, Cheryl. ;)
Try photographing your cloche more from the side than the top, just below where if rounds over, and without the use of a flash. The glass is often thicker on top and will cause distortation looking through it. Hope that helps.
Thanks for linking to the party.

Love your yellow ware bowl! I have only dreamed of finding one! Those lambs are so very cute!!! I am getting ready for Marty's party also. I see that someone told you to try photos from the side...that is what I try to do also. It depends on the glass of the cloche also. Thanks for linking this up with JFF this week!
Thanks for posting to my party! Your bowl is so pretty - you got it for a bargain price! Love the bunny and eggs too! I hope you'll come back this weekend and show more great finds!
